Our raw materials are sourced from selected coconut growing regions in Indonesia, where mature coconut husks undergo a natural aging process before being processed. This method helps improve the quality of the cocopeat while reducing unwanted compounds, resulting in a cleaner and more stable growing medium.
From raw material selection, washing, screening, drying, compression, to final packaging, every production stage is managed within our own facility. This integrated process allows us to maintain strict quality control, ensure product consistency, and deliver premium cocopeat and cocofiber that meet international export standards.

From Raw Material to Premium Growing Media
At Tanamina, every production stage is designed to preserve the natural properties of coconut while delivering a growing medium that meets international quality standards.
The journey begins with naturally aged coconut husks, carefully selected to ensure consistent fiber quality. The husks are then processed into cocopeat and cocofiber through a controlled milling and screening process to achieve the desired particle size and fiber content.
To reduce excess salts and impurities, the cocopeat undergoes multiple washing and rinsing stages. Each batch is monitored to achieve the target EC level before continuing to the next process. After washing, the material is naturally sun-dried under controlled conditions until it reaches the required moisture content.
The dried cocopeat is then screened once again to ensure uniformity before being compressed into blocks or packed according to customer specifications. Every batch is inspected throughout production to maintain consistent quality, low moisture, stable EC, and reliable performance.
